As our Sales Development Representative you will join our mission to scale the first Financial Wellness Benefit for companies, to reduce the financial stress among employees and improve their quality of life, increasing the company overall productivity.
We offer a 100% digital platform to help our clients' employees solve their main financial challenges. The Benefit includes a profile diagnosis, an e-learning platform, and an individual financial consulting service.

- Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth, by executing our sales routine on a daily basis
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers, by understanding their needs and acting as a consultant to help solve their problems
- Help to educate companies about their employees' financial issues and how these is impacting the company overall productivity
- Research and understand the companies' benefit industry to suggest improvements in all sales cycle of our product.
- Master inbound and outbound marketing activities to suggest cadence improvements to increase lead generation.
- Experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably with a large companies' portfolio
- Has excellent interpersonal, strategic, and creativity skills with a strong business acumen
- Displays excellent communication skills, both in Portuguese and English
- Proven track record of delivering results
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Experience with financial products and investments is highly valued, but not mandatory
